To ensure optimal service and availability for all of my clients, I kindly request that if possible you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than (2) hours notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account.
